I was way, way overdue for a haircut. One of my clients is a stylist but our schedules clash, so she referred me to her stylist. Thank God! Jules is the best! She explained what we could accomplish with the money I had, and we agreed upon what she was gonna do. She educated me about my hair, it's flaws, how to make it better and when to return.
