I believe as a senior citizen, you should be treated with respect and kind compassion by dental assistants… even if your dental situation is lacking, you have bone loss, etc. I had just had costly dental work done by Dr. Bartell and my Peridontist. Yet to her (before cleaning) I was made to feel embarrassed and humiliated by her unkind opinion of my dental state. I don’t mind honesty, but to be judgemental to the point of not even doing the cleaning & referring me back to my peridontist …was beyond acceptable. She did report... read more
