They go the extra mile to care for their customers, and really do stand behind their guarantees. They always give us photographic evidence of the issues they find and we know they have our best interests at heart.
Was having a strange symptom with my truck and Gary was quick to figure it out and advise me what needed to be done. No high pressure to have them do the work since I could easily fix it myself once I knew what to do. Happily paid the diagnostic fee and was on my way.
