I am always confident in the service I receive at Barrett. While not quite a break down, this need for service was unplanned. A fair amount of labor was required but I still got my car back within three business days.
Barrett Automotive rebuilt the transmission in our new ( used) suburban last year. It was expensive but a very fairly priced job. Here’s the important part!! Not to our fault or their fault the rear seal went bad on the transmission. I was desperate for a quick fix on this huge job and not only did they replace the seal to get me safely back on the road but he cleaned the fluid residue off of the back and underside of my car!! AND got me out in time for my next appt. They really do stand behind their work!! Thank You Guys!!
My concern were cared for quickly and the prices for services was affordable.
Very kind and helpful in fixing my car within an extremely reasonable time frame. Even offered to take me home while they worked on it, and picked me up!
Back brakes replaced.
