I have used Barrett and. Barrett many years, not only for my primary home, but for a rental property. I have found them to be reliable, efficient and reasonable. Very honest! Thank you!
They are just the best in every way. For example, my home was hit by a tree and one of Barrett and Barrett’s service technicians was in the neighborhood and came by to took photos of the exterior AC units just in case. I used those photos to submit to my insurance company.. the insurance company said they were excellent and showed the damage perfectly. Also I have never had to wait long for service. They will come by to check and get my units working and if needed come back to check them the next day.
They have always been very responsive to service needs. I trust them and can depend on them.
Chris Miller of Barrett and Barrett is my go to guy for all my HVAC work on my personal home and my clients' homes.
