I’m obsessed with this place to say the least! Barre is my favorite workout I’ve ever done, I feel much stronger and better both mentally and physically. The instructors are so lovely and welcoming and the studio is beautiful. My barre classes here are slowly starting to become my favorite part of the day🩷
Love the barre classes here and the atmosphere is so encouraging no matter where you are on your fitness journey.
My first experience was a wheels class with Callie. I was very clear to Callie and the front desk that it was my first time. She was so unfriendly, did not help me adjust the machine, actually had a student try to help me but did not provide all the info needed. Callie never checked on me despite knowing it was my first time. I could not figure out how to unclip myself during the class. Great space and inviting atmosphere. First time here for a spin class. Did Jess' and was mind blown for how awesome and welcoming it and she was. It's a tough class and choreo, yet was able to keep up and do most. Even the parts I missed though felt like it was more than ok. Only complaint is you have to wear the clip in shoes. A friend had to leave as due to a foot injury she can't do clip ins, she needs to be able to wear her own shoes that she can take in and out of the pedals when needed.
