There was a noticeable absence of professionalism in handling concerns. Issues were acknowledged but not resolved effectively, giving the impression, badly staff!

The approach to problem-solving was reactive rather than proactive. Issues were only addressed after they escalated, instead of being prevented early on.

Barrera Family Electricians did a great job putting in our 50 Amp RV outlet. Gavin was very professional and made sure everything was wired correctly, even running the power lines through the attic without any problems. Now we can keep our RV plugged in whenever we need, which is super helpful, especially with the warm weather. We really appreciate the quality and care they showed during the whole process.

Maddox showed up right on schedule with all the needed tools and equipment to figure out what was wrong with my electrical panel. His strong troubleshooting skills helped him quickly find a faulty breaker, which he swapped out using parts he already had with him. Maddox also checked the wiring and made sure everything was running safely and smoothly. Barrera Family Electricians did an outstanding job for me. After buying my new house in Cypress, I had a list of electrical issues from the inspection report that needed attention. Nicolas came by, looked over everything carefully, and explained that there actually weren’t any real problems—just a few things the inspector missed.
