Through toning, strength, flexibility and you will work up a sweat while never leaving the ground (no running or jumping from us!). We cater to all ages between 16-60 and can assure you that whatever your goals are, we can cater to you through having small classes sizes that accomodate to your individual goals. I'm very grateful to have found such a wonderful studio, The classes at BarreOne havemade me stronger, more flexible and changed the way I hold myself - but the benefits are not just physical. I am happier and more resilient, the classes although challenging are fun and often filled with laughter. Chrissy, her team and all the women who attend BarreOne are an exceptional bunch - always supportive and encouraging, always happy to see youand will even listen to you moan after a hard day! Highly recommend!!
All trainers are super knowledgeable and have really helped me on my fitness journey as someone who knew nothing. The environment and the members are all very supportive, welcoming and non judgemental
Adore this studio! Chrissy is full of motivation and expertise that makes every class a joy to be at. So welcoming to beginners, adaptive while also pushing you to do your best every time. 10/10
Highly recommend BarreOne Studios. I go both the classes and the personal training with Chrissy. She is amazing and knowledgeable. It also helps me that she is flexible with timings. I feel very comfortable at both the gym classes and the personal training and have noticed a lot of improvement is the four years I have been going. The gym has a happy and supportive vibe and is really a great community.
Chrissy is amazing, she helped me to set up realistic targets and goals to get into more of a routine to suit my lifestyle. Everything was easy to follow & it was nice to have someone that understood
