Very unprofessional! State of Kentucky health care program needs to be informed on this health department. The staff act like they hate their jobs, and treat their patients like they are beneath them. The facility up until a month ago needed some serious cleaning! Which in a month's time they have painted over the nasty. I moved to glasgow a year ago from Alabama. I used the health department there before moving here. With that being said...
