I recently had a frustrating experience with Barelli due to a scheduled appointment during severe weather conditions. The city was dealing with road closures and flooding, making it nearly impossible to get around. I called the shop to reschedule my appointment but the girl at the front desk, who is usually rude, informed me that was against their policy! I needed to call 3 hours in advance. I've gotten haircuts here for years! Great haircuts, had a nice beer when I show up. Its awesome!
Barb was eating chips at her chair when I walk in. Doesn’t wash her hands as she reluctantly calls me over. Haircut at 2 and done at 2:08. $51 for someone who couldn’t care less about professionalism or their product yet proud enough to charge $51 for 8 mins of work. Including a shampoo! Good stuff thanks Barb
