Per husband - Got stuck on the bridge coming to an appointment - called once and texted progress about the traffic situation and arrived approx. 10 minutes late - the manager made the stylist stand in the back and refused to honor my appointment. THEN CHARGED me full on my credit card. I recently had a frustrating experience with Barelli due to a scheduled appointment during severe weather conditions. The city was dealing with road closures and flooding, making it nearly impossible to get around.
