My husband & I got food poisoning from Barrel House Pizza! It was the worse food poisoning! We have not eaten there ever since. I told them before saying anything on social media! They just stood there and asked if I had gut issues! Never got a refund! So 3 guys stood there and asked me it I had gut issues! I have not been back since! And will not go back
Ordered one large pizza with pepperoni mushrooms and tomatoes with anchovies on the side over the phone for pickup, made sure to ask if they sell anchovies in individual cans because not a lot of places do anymore. Was told that they do. Went to pick up my order and was told they made a medium instead of a large, the original pizza they made is also missing pepperoni staff told me they'd give me a discount or make another medium which was nice when my second pizza was finished I asked if they had my anchovies and the sauces ... read more
Only two staff on duty for the lunch rush. They tried to keep up, but no fault of their own they couldn't. Waited over 40 min for food, and they gave us out food right before we walked out. They were friendly and professional despite being overwhelmed. I had the baked wings. Soggy with mediocre flavor. Baked wings came with nothing else; I expected fries or carrots/celery for the price.
