My sister went in to get her hair done and was burnt from either being left under the heater for too long or from the product being left on her head for too long. I called the store explaining what happened and was very respectful. I spoke with the owner Madison, she said she would give me a call back after speaking with the stylist. The stylist then messages my mom telling her home remedies to try for the burn that she caused and that she gave my sister a discount of 15% off. I can't recommend based on my experience. Madison was unable to deliver on what we discussed, turning my hair yellow and orange. I ended up leaving with it as an orange brown just to be somewhat presentable (went in as a blonde and asked to be turned sandy brown or ash blonde, was told this was very possible). She did spend a lot of time on my hair and was friendly; however, my hair was/still is very damaged from the several applications of product (which she promised was not doing damage).
