I went to barre.d last summer as a way to gain strength. I had a shoulder injury and my shoulder/neck muscles were "deconditioned" (so said my very tactful physical therapist) after years of back pain.After a strict aversion to group fitness classes, I needed something low-impact on my joints that would build muscle but allow for lots of modifications as I recovered from my injury. barre.d was perfect. Barre.[d] is amazing. Each class is a total body workout with an instructor that is pushing you to constantly aim higher and try harder. The studio focuses on low impact, low weight, and high repetition movements to build toned, lean muscles. Highly recommend.
Barre[d] is my favorite workout ever! The studio is warm and welcoming! The instructors are the best! They work to push you to your best workout!
