Em’s barrecor delivers an exceptional full-body workout that is preventative, blending strength, balance, and mindfulness in all the right ways. The class is challenging yet deeply restorative. The space is well designed and beautiful!
I recently attended the owner, Emiliana's, Fascia Release and Face Massage Workshop. It was fantastic. She's not only an amazing Barre instructor, she's passionate about massage, our skin, and being beautiful inside and out! The class was "hands on," practical instruction, along with good follow up videos and information. Take the class if you want to learn to pamper, and take care of yourself!
This barrecore studio is the best place for teen girls(and women in general) to work out! The environment is so welcoming and eager to strengthen our bodies. Emiliana(the instructor) KNOWS what she’s doing, and will know how to help your body push itself without peer-pressure or judgement. Barrecor has changed my view on fitness, thanks to the incredible and open community that this studio invites. I have learned that some of the smallest movements can create the biggest impact, strengthening my muscles and improving my movement each day.
