Barrecor has changed my view on fitness, thanks to the incredible and open community that this studio invites. Barrecor is a special place on Bainbridge Island. Not only is the studio a beautiful space, the all of the instructors are excellent and bring their own special twist to each class. The community of people is diverse, friendly, welcoming and funny! Every time I go, not only do I get an intense strength-building, low impact workout, but I’m also able to connect with my body in a way that feels almost like meditation. Every morning at 8:45 this studio and the wonderful people in it start my day off perfectly. A great challenge, community, and class brings a smile to my face every day. Best studio I've ever been to.
It's incredible how quickly the Barrecor class changes your body! The exercises are conscious and put everything in its right place. I highly recommend it!
