I had a great Barre3 experience at Barre3 Charlotte during my recent visit (this was my 71st Barre3 studios visit across the US). The owner, Sarah Grantham, who was also a client like me in Nashville, and her staff made me feel so welcomed! Their studio and merchandise are beautiful! I love going to Barre 3. It's a great workout. I started going to incorporate strength into my workout and am now hooked on this total body workout. Fantastic instructors!
