Barre3 Middleton is a beautiful space filled with natural light. The instructors and community are welcoming and supportive! Definitely recommend trying all 3 class types which are full body workouts and encourage modifications for all fitness levels. I love the focus to build strength and balance with intentional movements in a space with fun music and positive energy. The guided breathwork to finish off class is simply the best! You will definitely leave feeling healthier, happier and stronger! ❤️
LOVE Barre3 Middleton so much!! I’ve taken 50+ classes at this location and have absolutely loved the community, different class style offerings, events and all the extra amenities (shoutout to MOKA coffee for fueling my days). Sophia & Amy have both been so helpful with any questions I may have and with spreading encouragement in everything they do. Highly recommend checking it out for yourself❤️
I have taken a few barre classes at another location and recently used a guest pass to try the Middleton Barre3. It was a total game changer! Amy runs an amazing class and she went above and beyond to help me with some account issues I had when trying to register for another class. The facility is clean and has everything you need. I would recommend Middleton Barre3 to anyone!
I bought a 10 class pass promotion over the summer and now that I have finally gotten around to using it I can say I think barre3 in Middleton is a wonderful fitness studio! Very appealing and clean space and the instructors are all super friendly. I appreciate that they offer alternative options for different moves based on injuries. The barre classes themselves are challenging and a really great work out. I always leave feeling energized and invigorated. The nugget ice machine and free Moka coffee are the cherry on top.
