I’ve taken over 25 classes at Barre3 and absolutely love it. The signature classes give a full cardio + strength + flexibility workout, and the “B3 Strength 45” class is amazing for building strength. Instructors are skilled, encouraging, and offer great modifications. Scheduling through the app is effortless, and the community is friendly and welcoming to all. Thanks to Hannah and the Barre3 team for an awesome studio.

I signed up for Barre3 on a whim, months before the studio in Asheville opened. I have been taking classes now for over 2 months and have nothing but positive things to say. The instructors are personable and offer several modifications per exercise. The front desk staff make you feel so welcomed and make an effort to remember your name. I have also noticed significant changes in my muscle tone already! I love this studio enough to wake up before 6 AM to take classes 🫶🏻
