I love this form of exercise! It's getting me in shape without causing me injuries! So key, for a flexible, but out of shape person like myself!
barre3 is a really awesome not only workout class, but community! the instructors are kind, motivating and knowledgeable on a variety of modifications. the style of instruction makes it the perfect class because it’s both challenging, and accessible to lots of different kinds of people☺️ it’s also a really nice, clean space, with a small kids play area, and bathrooms with complimentary amenities.
I love my workouts here, always leave feeling challenged & refreshed. The studio is well maintained and the staff are great.
I have been coming for a few months and LOVE this studio and team. The staff is so encouraging and Amy is truly so lovely. They encourage you to work hard, get stronger and push yourself but also support modifications and listening to your body which many other studios do not. Cant wait to continue growing with you all <3
I was in town from Washington State for a wedding and I take 11 Barre3 classes a week at my home studio. When I found out our Airbnb was so close to this studio I was thrilled. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcome. I took 5 classes during my trip and by the time I left I felt like part of the family. From the owner, to the instructors, to the gals working the front desk, and the other clients, everyone was so kind. If I ever find myself back in the DMV I will absolutely be making a special trip to B3 Arlington.
