Barre3 has been amazing, especially being my first barre experience! I've been to about 7 classes so far and had 5 instructor who all provided an excellent full body/mind workout. I really love the supportive and empowering environment I feel when I walk in the door. I am so excited to continue my barre journey with them!
Love these classes ! All the instructors are great and each has a unique personality. They make me feel like I can do it even though my legs might be shaking. I also love that they show us different ways to do a certain workout - a modified version if we cannot do the original, thus making ourselves in charge of our own workout and can feel empowered.
