The only workout I’ve ever loved and been hooked on! Those small range movements burn like hell but believe me it’s all worth it! At the end I always walk out of the studio feeling so much stronger every single time! The instructors are really nice and knowledgeable. Absolutely worth the price you pay!!
The instructor was very welcoming and attentive. The class was a lot of fun, the moves were easy to follow and I felt great afterward. Will definitely be returning!
