Such a great workout! I have been doing classpass and may need to get a membership. Leaves you sore in the best way, instructors are fun and give plenty of modifications.
I love Barre3. I’ve been doing it for several years. It’s a true whole body exercise and I always look forward coming to each class. Each instructor has their own style and the exercises are changed often so you never get stuck in a rut or hit plateau. Highly recommend for someone who’s looking for a place to start an exercise routine or to complement your fitness routine.
Took my first barre3 class this morning and absolutely loved it! Catie was my instructor and she was so welcoming and really helped make the class easy to follow/understand. Got a killer workout in too! I’ll for sure be back.
Had a great Barre experience with Emily this morning. The upper body and balance combination is awesome!
Amazing and clean studio! I tried out strength45 with Ashley last week and it is definitely my favorite class so far. She encourages modifications and it wasn’t too hard of a class for a beginner. I will be coming back!
