I absolutely love this gym! It's such an energizing workout that balances strength, core, balance, and cardio. The teachers provide great guidance and alternative moves to accommodate every single person in the class. I have bought intermittent class packages but the offer unlimited visits also. I personally wish the monthly membership was more affordable as they really only have one style of exercise experience. Barre3 became so much more than a workout studio for me, it truly felt like home. As a Spanish woman spending a winter in Minnesota, this space was my safe, warm, and grounding place. My favorite spot to move my body, breathe, and take care of myself. Every class felt intentional, welcoming, and deeply nourishing, both physically and emotionally. I’m not exaggerating when I say my life has been changed by this (women-owned!) place and these people. A neighbor brought me here 3.5 years ago and I’ve been a member ever since. 500+ classes later, I show up week after week for the low-impact barre moves that leave me shaking, the mindfulness that leaves me calm and focused, the cardio that leaves me energized, and the kind, caring community that leaves me feeling inspired and loved. Barre3 is my “third space”!
Barre is a great workout in a fun motivational setting! I can't wait to go back!
