Barre 3 has been a great addition to my fitness routine! The instructors are wonderful and always present modifications if needed. The classes are never boring as they incorporate many different modes.. cardio, stretch, barre work, and breath work. I always look forward to class!
I absolutely love Barre3! I’ve tried all three class types (cardio, strength, and signature) and I have really really enjoyed them all! I leave every class with a smile and feeling good! It’s the best start to my day!
