We currently offer in person classes & Livestream classes 7 days a week. barre3 is for everyone, no experience necessary. We have clients ranging from 16 to 80 years old, men and women. Excellent pre-natal & postpartum workout. Low impact. Let our dedicated team take care of you! We offer on-site child care as well.

I am so happy to have found Barre3 Farmington Valley! From the second I stepped through the studio doors, I felt at home.
