Sofias cardio class and Stephanies signature classes are the highlight of my week!
I loved the candlelight class with Dana! Her energy is amazing, and I got such a great workout. I will definitely be taking more of her classes and look forward to trying out the other instructors at this location as well.
I love this studio! Everyone is so welcoming and kind. The classes are challenging yet so fun. I encourage all my friends to at least try out a few classes here. I was hooked after only 1 class. The memberships are affordable, and the schedule is packed with options for all.
I love this studio! The classes are so much fun. I have been going twice a week and I would go more if my schedule allowed. The instructors are great with giving modifications through out the class. 10/10 would recommend.
