Loved the class with Hannah! Easy to follow along and really like that it was a full body work out
What a fantastic place to workout, the owner-Denielle is the sweetest person ever. She made me feel so comfortable my first time. The trainers and the staff are so wonderful and nice.. They let you workout at your pace, special mention to the trainer- Kathyrn she is such a lovely person and love her energy.. Great job y'all and excellent location..
The class atmosphere is great, and since the number of students isn’t too many, the quality is consistently good. The classroom is very clean, and the music always matches the movements in each session. The instructors and front desk staff are also very friendly! Most importantly, the workout combines cardio and strength training—I really love it! Highly recommend everyone to join the class.
Before coming here, I had never done any fitness class, on top of not exercising for a very long time. I was always hesitant to sign up for a group workout class because I knew it would be hard for me to keep up, and I didn't want to look out of place or feel self-conscious. Barre3 has been a perfect solution for me. The space and people are so welcoming and supportive, and modifications are offered all the time as well as encouraged if they feel better on/for your body. I initially let it go when I was charged a $20 no-show fee after mistakenly booking a class at the wrong time — that was partly my fault, and I took responsibility for it, even though the policy wasn’t clearly communicated upfront. But what happened today left me truly disappointed. I arrived 5 minutes late for a class I had registered for, and I was not allowed to join.
