I am so glad I discovered Barre3. It is such a warm community and the workouts are amazing. I love that in Signature classes I get a combo of strength, cardio and mindfulness. My entire body feels targeted each class and there are always modifications to support you. I recently took my first Strength class there and I really enjoyed it! I find Strength to be a bit intimidating, but the Barre3 format made it so accessible while still challenging. It’s the first kind of Strength class that made me want to come back again.
Everyone is welcoming and friendly. The classes are very effective, concise, and exactly what I’ve been seeking!
