I've been going for a couple of months now and have been consistently impressed by the quality of the classes and instructors! Every class is fun and challenging. They do a great job of creating a community vibe and bring a lot of good energy to Needham Center. They also provide childcare for young kids, which is incredibly useful for moms.

Dropped in whilst passing through town and loved the workout & energy. The best barre studio I’ve been to hands down!
