Liz has created such a special community at Barre3 Needham! Awesome instructors, great workouts and the post class shopping is such a bonus!
I absolutely love Barre3 Needham! From the moment you walk in, the space feels warm, welcoming, and genuinely supportive. All of the instructors are incredible. They are kind, motivating and make you feel so comfortable. Being able to bring my kids to the play lounge and have them happily occupied while I work out has been a game changer. I've been a barre3 member for years, and it remains one of the best decisions I've ever made. Every instructor brings exceptional energy and expertise, making each workout both effective and enjoyable. What truly sets this studio apart, though, is the community — from the welcoming staff to the incredible members, you feel at home from the moment you walk in. Needham is lucky to have such a gem.
I’ve been a member of the Needham Barre3 studio for over ten years and I am so inspired by the community that Liz has created. The classes are great and the vibe is wonderful. So grateful for Liz and her talented team of instructors!
