Barre3 is an immersive experience led by empowering instructors with a knack for sharing modifications to make any class appropriate for every level. It’s a full body workout that leaves you exhausted and wanting to come back for more at the same time.
I love Barre3! I go to the south Charlotte studio. The instructors are amazing, and everyone is friendly and sweet. The workouts are intense but we're always informed of the modifications to tailor to one's individual level. Really great place. Highly recommend!
