Barre3 is functional training with a twist. Rooted in three fitness disciplines—ballet barre, pilates and yoga—barre3 workouts will have you feeling strong and balanced inside and out. We’re known for building lean muscles, a strong core, and long-term postural benefits. Our studio is located in the Reafield shopping center off Rea Road, just 1 mile south of Blakeney. We are close to the intersection of Tom Short and Rea Road. There is parking available in the front of the studio

Beautiful studio. Great workouts. Wide selection of trainers with different styles. By far the best work out place (personally for me)! Full body workout, cardio, and stretch with fun music. Makes me feel happy and energized. Fantastic Barre community.
