I love this studio. The instructors and front desk staff are so welcoming and encouraging. I appreciate that there are a lot of modifications offered during class and that the instructors check in on participants. It’s a challenging workout, but I always end up smiling during class because of the positivity. It’s fun too!
Barre3 classes are so fun and tough at the same time! The environment is super welcoming and all the staff and instructors are incredibly kind and helpful. It feels like a very body positive place.
The perfect high energy workout. I worked every muscle and in the end exhaled all my stress.
The instructors are all very polite. My biggest fear, when beginning something new in fitness, is feeling alone or being nervous, but I did not feel any of that with the teachers here. They are all very helpful. I especially enjoy India's classes. But you really cant go wrong with anyone here.
A great all around workout. The staff are super warm and welcoming; they made it way less intimidating than I thought it would be. 10/10 would recommend. :)
