I love Barre3 Bethesda! I’ve been a member of the studio for almost 4 years. Being part of the Barre3 community has been wonderful - my strength has improved dramatically and I always feel empowered and more centered after every class. The studio owner is so committed to ensuring that anyone who comes to the studio is warmly welcomed and that instructors can “meet you where you are” in classes, including those new to Barre3.

Finally found a great, full body & mind workout that doesn’t stress the joints. Incorporates strength, cardio, core, balance, and breath work in the signature classes. Welcoming to all ages and bodies. Such nice instructors and folks at the front, too. Thank you Barre3 Bethesda!
