Barre3 is amazing! It is helping to build ny core and focusing on each part of my body at the same time. They have friendly and helpful instructors and stuffs who are not judgemental at all!
Barre3 does a really lovely job of creating an inviting studio atmosphere, which is especially important for newcomers! The workouts are excellent but there’s also a strong sense of inclusion and empowerment - I’ve loved spending time there!
I’m super new to barre and to group workout classes in general, but I’ve had such a great experience at barre3 in Bethesda. The instructors and general staff are always so welcoming and nice. Also, I love that the class feels accessible and there are modifications to each move depending on your fitness and strength level. I just completed my 5th class and plan to continue taking more!
