Very welcoming! Very good instructors! Very rigorous exercises! My wife and I dropped by because we were renting an apartment next door. We were completely out of the demographic -- women up to their 50s -- my wife and I are in late 70s. But, we were warmly welcomed. The instructors took care to acquaint us with the procedures and the exercises and kept walking by with hints.
I dropped in to Barre3 using my class pass and have really enjoyed getting to know the classes and instructors. It feels like such a wonderful community and I’m excited to get involved (thanks Juliana and your team for making me feel most welcome). Full disclosure, I’ve been wanting to add strength work into my exercise routine but have found lifting weights so boring, so love that this is a way to do strength in a supportive environment with good music and good vibes. Thanks!
Super supportive environment with killer classes. They also graciously extended my trial period when caught a cold during my trial window.
Enjoying Barre3 much more than I thought I would. I just started with Barre3 last week. It is surprising by how much I liked this workout and studio. I'm very much a woman who likes familiarity in my class workouts...knowing what I'm getting into, which is why I put off trying it. Finally, I took a class.
