The staff was lovely and the class was awesome! It was a great pace with modifications and equipment options to make it accessible to newbies and challenging to the experienced.
I loved this class. I took strength with Meghan and it was just what I needed. I felt comfortable in the room AND individual participants spoke with me and made me feel encouraged. I really like this place and look forward to getting a membership!!
These women will make you love yourself. Anne has fostered such a safe space for women, and she is an incredibly hard worker outside of the people-facing she also puts so much time into. The studio recently rolled from one app to another for billing and scheduling, and Anne worked crazy long days to ensure us a smooth transition.
