Barre3 Kansas City is awesome! Owner, instructors and fellow participants make you feel very welcome and comfortable. It does not matter whether you are just starting out going to a gym, or whether you have been working out for years. The instructors are very adaptable to everybody's personal fitness level and/or physical condition. If needed, they will show you an alternative variation of the exercise that you are able to do. I’ve been a member here for over 2 years, and Barre3 has become a part of my everyday routine. I never thought I would love going to the gym, but missing a day feels like something is incomplete. The 7 AM classes fit my schedule perfectly, and 45 minutes is the right amount of time for me. The instructors are extremely friendly and motivating and make everyone feel welcome. Love all of the classes! Instructors are kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The childcare is fantastic! My daughter looks forward to the play area and her “teachers”there.
