Love all of the classes! Instructors are kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The childcare is fantastic! My daughter looks forward to the play area and her “teachers”there.
Instructors are EXCELLENT and the whole studio has a welcoming vibe. Would recommend starting with a Signature 60 class (your 1st is always free!) and prepare to feel better in mind body and spirit.
Barre3 is the best fitness experience for all stages of life. It is such a supportive community, led by an incredible lady, Anne, who goes out of her way to make everyone feel valued. You not only get a great workout here, but exercises that support injury prevention for life tasks! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
