I absolutely love Barre3! Every class leaves me feeling stronger, more balanced, and refreshed. The instructors are encouraging, the music is upbeat, and the energy in the studio is always so positive. I really appreciate how each workout can be modified for my personal level whether I want to push harder or take it easy, I still feel challenged in the best way. Barre3 has become one of my favorite parts of the week!

Having just moved to Flag, I tried out ClassPass to get an idea of the different studios in town. Right from the start on day one I realized this was the one I wanted to be a part of. The people are so awesome and friendly, the classes are full of variety and not only push you, but you leave feeling like a rockstar. Can’t say enough of how much I love this place and the people that are a part of it, both staff and the new friends I’ve made and classmates:)

Barre3 has become such a special place for me. The community is incredibly supportive. I’ve made friends here and the vibe is always uplifting and fun. I absolutely adore the instructors. They are so kind, encouraging, and truly attentive to each person’s needs, especially if you are working through an injury. Every class gives me an amazing workout and I’ve seen real changes in my body since starting. I recommend Barre3 to literally anyone who will listen. This is a wonderful place to work out, train and challenge yourself. The overall vibe is really uplifting ! Honestly all the instructors and staff are friendly and great at what they do. What a gem of a studio. Very happy to train here and feel the nice community that surrounds, and is this place. I just hit my 25th class and I hope to do 100 more.
