Barre3 has provided me an amazing well rounded fitness routine that includes cardio, strength, stretch, and mindfulness. I always feel more centered and strong after taking a class. Barre has given me the confidence to try new activities - like paddleboarding and snowboarding - with success! The entire staff and instructors create an awesome experience and inclusive community that makes working out feel fun. Take your first free class - you'll be happy you did!

I used to be afraid of social work out spaces like gyms and classes but barre 3 has broken that fear. I feel so comfortable at every class with the amazing people around me. The staff is always so helpful and nice. I recommend to anyone! Any age! Any experience!

I absolutely love Barre3! Every class leaves me feeling stronger, more balanced, and refreshed. The instructors are encouraging, the music is upbeat, and the energy in the studio is always so positive. I really appreciate how each workout can be modified for my personal level whether I want to push harder or take it easy, I still feel challenged in the best way. Barre3 has become one of my favorite parts of the week!

Having just moved to Flag, I tried out ClassPass to get an idea of the different studios in town. Right from the start on day one I realized this was the one I wanted to be a part of. The people are so awesome and friendly, the classes are full of variety and not only push you, but you leave feeling like a rockstar. Can’t say enough of how much I love this place and the people that are a part of it, both staff and the new friends I’ve made and classmates:)
