This barre3 is very welcoming with a very friendly owner, nice front desk staff, and knowledgeable trainers. Everything from the floors to the bathrooms to the props are very clean.

The owner and instructors at Barre 3 are truly amazing; they are kind and friendly, and they genuinely care. They lead the workouts with a narration and attitude of taking care of your body and loving yourself, not for the sake of having the "perfect body." There is no guilt, no condemnation, and no comparing at a Barre 3 workout.

Took a 6AM 60 min class with Janea and it was amazing. Covered all major muscle groups with strength, cardio, flexibility, and breathwork. Good cues from Janea to improve posture and use good form. Very high quality full body workout.

I started going to Barre with my mom and it has completely changed my outlook on working out and nurturing my well being. From breath work and sound baths to strength training, Barre3 really has it all. The environment is so welcoming, fun, and empowering, it brings like minded and motivated people together without the fear of judgement. I can’t wait to take more classes at Barre3!
