I’ve been a Barre 3 Ballard member for many years. I find the workouts challenging and varied. Options are provided to tailor the workout to what YOU need or want.
I love this studio! I've taken about 20 classes here with lots of different teachers, and every one of them has been great. I appreciate all the pointers they give about adjustments to make so you don't injure yourself. The folks on staff are consistently friendly and helpful, and it's great that they have onsite childcare for the parents! I'm not someone who has a lot of confidence about exercising, but the vibes are so good here that I love coming back.
