Barre3 method fits every body! I joined for the cross-training benefits with road running and discovered it helped me with balance on the trails and engaging glute and hamstring muscles I need throughout the day. The instructors at DTC are encouraging, friendly and fun. The music keeps me engaged. I love the friends I've made too.
