I had an awesome experience! The class I took, led by Carly was a tough one! Took her class on Monday and I’m still sore 4 days later. I will definitely be back!
I love coming to Barre3! Melissa and the staff are so kind and friendly and there's a wonderful atmosphere. I especially love the Mindful Flow class with Katie :)
I had an Amazing Barre3 class in Des Peres! It was a total burn from start to finish with Instructor Carly who provided great energy! I left feeling stronger and refreshed. Highly recommend!
This studio is very welcoming. I love the full body workout and the speed of the classes. I cannot emphasize enough how motherhood friendly they are. Very patient with me and my family.
