As a new client, it can be intimidating to walk through the doors of a fitness studio for the first time, but not at Barre3. Every instructor, staff member, and fellow client made me feel welcome from the start! I have quickly become obsessed with Barre and can say with confidence that Barre3 is one of the best parts of my day. I cannot recommend it enough!
barre3 has quickly become my favorite part of a busy week. Each class offers new and old postures to build your strength and connection to your body. The instructors and front desk are kind, knowledgeable, and uplifting. I’m so grateful to have found barre3 in Iowa City!
I’ve been happy with my experience at Barre3 on Melrose Ave in Iowa City. The warm welcome each morning makes those early wake-ups so worth it, and being part of such a positive group of women is truly energizing. I’m so glad I decided to give this style of fitness a try—I’m officially hooked!
I have LOVED coming to this studio. From the classes, to the instructors, to the studio esthetics—everything is top notch. Each class empowers you and I really feel a difference in my strength after I go consistently. All ages and abilities are welcomed and celebrated. The staff knows you by name and makes you feel important. I have met many friends through this studio. I truly can’t say enough amazing things about my experience here and I recommend it to everybody!
Fun, energetic program with adaptable parts for all levels! Great teachers who really seem to want you to have the best workout for you!
