After 25 classes as a 70 year old, I’m much more flexible, mobile and have better balance. I can now easily get up from the floor and I feel better physically. Barre3 is really working for me! The instructors/staff are friendly professionals who are all wonderful and helpful. Everyone is very supportive, including fellow attendees. I highly recommend Barre3 Fayetteville.

I did my first Barre3 class at this studio and not only did the instructor (Ginny) go out of her way to introduce herself and tell me what to expect, it genuinely felt like she was so glad I was there. After class, people came up to me and introduced themselves to me. It was such a warm and inviting environment. The class itself was amazing and a great workout. I was instantly sold on the experience and atmosphere as a whole. Can’t wait to go back.
