The b3 Mariemont studio is GORGEOUS and fully stocked with every amenity you could possibly think of. Onsite childcare is available during several classes, and the play area is clean and spacious. The class I took was perfect for my day — it allowed me to reconnect my brain and body, and I left feeling stronger and refocused for the evening ahead. 👏 👏
Really enjoyed this class! It was challenging but still approachable and had a yoga-esque vibe to it. I loved the music and the instructor was awesome and gave great cues and kept the class energizing and encouraging. I’ll definitely be back!
