Barre3 is such a great workout! I love that it gets your heart rate up while also doing slow intentional movements to target the muscles you need to live an active life. Jess’ barre3 cardio is a blast!!!! Her energy is incredible. It’s like a HIIT workout but you don’t get bore and the music always slaps. Also the intentional ab section after the cardio part is such a nice combination. If you have been scared to try a barre3 cardio class, Jess’ class is the way to go!!!
This is a bright, welcoming studio with great staff and fantastic instructors. They have plentiful lockers and cubbies for your stuff, well appointed restrooms, and one of the few studios that still offer towels. They have clean equipment that is well maintained. The studio itself is surrounded by windows which offer nice views of the sunset at the time of day I like to go. The music is kept at reasonable levels and provides a good background but never overshadows the cues of the instructors as happens in other barre classes... read more
Love this studio! I was new to barre and the instructors have all been so welcoming. The classes are enjoyable and the time flies by but I still leave feeling like I got a great workout! Signature 45 is my favorite, but I also really enjoyed the strength class!
I really love this studio! Everyone is super friendly, the classes are challenging and leave me humbled. You work all the little muscles we forget about. I highly recommend taking a class and trying it for yourself!
My favorite workout in town. All the instructors are great; Hannah is phenomenal!
