Barre3 has been the most amazing addition to my routine! The instructors are encouraging and always offer modifications, making this the perfect place for all experience levels. You will leave every class feeling stronger both physically and mentally! I love Barre3🧡
Barre 3 Baton Rouge is perfect. Nicole runs an excellent studio that is welcoming, clean, resourceful (I left my house without a hair tie for a 5:15 am class and didn’t have to stress because I KNEW she keeps extras handy!) and she has a group of lovely instructors who I look forward to seeing every morning. Also, the workouts are great and I’ve never been stronger / had more muscle, even when I ran every day training for marathons. Quit running, go to Barre, best choice ever.
The best place in the city! You come in feeling warmth and welcome and leave feeling strong and refreshed.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed taking classes at barre3 the last 6 months. It’s made me like working out for the first time in my life. I feel stronger than ever and am so grateful for the support of the incredible instructors. Not only has my strength increased but I’ve become more connected to my body and its amazing abilities. Highly recommend!
