I started taking classes here just under a year ago and I'm very grateful to have found this studio. It had been years since I seriously attended to my physical fitness and I was pretty nervous at first--my body wasn't very strong and I had a lot of anxiety about moving around and testing out my muscles--especially around strangers, in a brand new environment. Home away from home for 8+ years. Now my daughter has moved from play lounge groupie to workout buddy! This is the best place for young women to learn how to respect and care for themselves so they can give back! Thanks ya’all!
I have been a member at barre3 Felida now for 10 years (since the studio opened). All of the classes are fantastic and I continue to enjoy the challenges and variety of the different classes. Everyone at the studio, from the instructors to the clients is so supportive and friendly. So happy to have it in our community!
Barre3 is my home away from home! I enjoy the workouts so much, each of the instructors bring an amazing workout everyday!! All the staff are warm and welcoming! Highly recommend trying it out!
