I recently started and fell in love with Barre 3. I appreciate the incorporation of cardio and weights to a barre routine to get whole body benefits from a single class. The instructors have all been very welcoming and knowledgeable with any necessary modifications. The studio is super clean and they provide everything you need so there aren’t unexpected costs. I cannot recommend it enough and only wish my schedule allowed me to stop in more often!
Barre3 is an amazing and welcoming space! If you are nervous to try barre for the first time, don’t be! The staff and community at Barre3 are extremely friendly and the workout is designed for all levels!
Barre3 is a fun friendly environment. I really have enjoyed the workouts and the instructors!! It's definitely a great place to spend "me" time!!
