I've taken 8 classes so far at the Frankfort Avenue location, and each one has been an excellent workout! The instructors do a great job and the receptionist is always friendly and helpful.
I messaged one of the workers on facebook about where to go to find this place. They responded with directions, then failed to message me again after. In the message I stated that I would be on the way, little did I know everyone that is apparently working there all left and locked the doors. But when searching online, on the website, on the buildings front door, and on facebook this establishment clearly states that is going to be open till 5:30pm. Its 2:10pm. Wish I could say ill be returning.
I went here twice while visiting for work. Both classes were with Mel Do. The studio is nice , with shower and childcare! The class was great. I enjoyed her teaching cues. The staff were very welcoming. Would go here regularly if I was a local.
