I went here twice while visiting for work. Both classes were with Mel Do. The studio is nice , with shower and childcare! The class was great. I enjoyed her teaching cues. The staff were very welcoming. Would go here regularly if I was a local.

I highly recommend Barre3! It’s a lovely, warm environment. There is no pressure if you can’t do a certain exercise, rather they encourage you to trust your body and do variation that suites you. I have been other places that make you feel embarrassed if you’re not keeping up. This is not one of those places. They know you by name when you walk in and make you feel welcome.

I have recently started taking classes at barre3 and I love it! The studio is super clean, instructors and staff are very welcoming and the vibes are great. During each workout the instructor will often suggest different modifications so that you can do what feels right for your body. I love that it's challenging but still so accommodating, and the mindfulness aspect of the workout really puts me in a good headspace.
