I love the welcoming atmosphere at barre south! I have been to a few other barre classes through different studios and barre south is my by far my favorite! The instructors are always very encouraging and motivate me to push myself.
I was late trying to find it as the building is on the side of a restaurant in front of a bunch of apartments. It was a packed class with one person even working out in the doorway. Honestly, I wouldn't be comfortable working out here because I don't feel like there is enough physical space to do Barre work like I've done before. I wasn't able to even place a mat on the floor, and I was 5 minutes late. I did stand around for a while and listened to instruction.
