Not only is this a high end studio, but I enjoy the beautiful view outside, fun music playlists, clean workout space, and challenging workouts provided. Angela has been a huge influence in the valley for years and always made each client happy with their results. I love the option to bring my kid to the mommy and me class as well.
Barre Rhythm is a very effective and efficient work out! It is challenging but everyone can do it! After just a few classes, you will see a noticeable difference in your shape and strength! Angela is a very motivating instructor and extremely knowledgeable regarding group fitness and strength training; she likes to mix up the exercises and her music selections make it even more fun!!
Barre Rhythm in Eagle is my favorite place for a great Barre workout and fun music! All exercises are low impact and the instructors offer modifications that fit different ability levels. Barre Rhythm is the place to meet new people, build friendships, and feel good about yourself. The studio is very spacious, always clean, with high quality exercise equipment and the best river view you can find. Thanks for bringing Barre Rhythm to Eagle!
