Barre Life Pilates is such a lovely studio! Everyone is so warm and welcoming, and the instructors are amazing! I highly recommend it!
Fantastic Pilates studio! Very clean, welcoming and staffed with knowledgeable and encouraging instructors. You can tell the owner is very intentional about creating a peaceful and friendly environment. You won’t regret taking a class here!
I highly recommend physiotherapy sessions with Joanna. She is very knowledgeable and really wants her clients feeling their best. I look forward to my weekly Physio- Pilates sessions on the reformer because I always feel amazing afterward.
I was at the open house this past Saturday and really enjoyed meeting the warm and friendly staff of Barre Life and seeing the marvelously modern studio. Falon and her team really took an interest in my health and well-being and Joanna even gave me personal instruction on the Pilates Reformer! My daughter and I are looking forward to the Pilates and Painting course this Sunday! Such a great idea!
I had an excellent experience at Barre Life while visiting Oakville from out of town. The studio is well equipped and very clean. I greatly appreciated the warm and welcoming reception, the quiet yet cheerful atmosphere, the small class size, and the soft lighting. The choreography in the Barre Fusion class was engaging and adaptable to different levels of challenge. I am very happy to have found such a lovely fitness community in Oakville. My sincere thanks to Falon and to Lauren for their genuine kindness.
