Shame on you for making my friend pay his dead father's rent.
It is deeply disappointing—and frankly disturbing—to witness the level of bureaucratic coldness and moral detachment displayed by this housing authority. After the recent death of my friend’s father, rather than offering empathy or support, the office chose to pursue my grieving friend for rent he does not legally or ethically owe.
