Barre hour is an amazing place to strength, tone and learn barre. All the instructors have a passion to teach and are attentive to every student. Each class is a small class setting to ensure attention to form and posture. Every class is as challenging as the last and the creativity of each class never ends. I’ve enjoyed barre so much that I’ve introduced it to my friends and family as well. It’s truly a little gem in Monrovia! So glad to have a barre family to tuck with! Come try a class and see what barre is all about!
After having a baby, I just felt that I needed to get in shape. I wanted to loose the baby weight and get toned! Barre was the answer to this! I have been going once a week for a while now and I definitely see improvement! Thank you Erin for giving me triceps (the kind that don't jiggle when you wave :P) I love coming to barre since Erin is such a sweet and encouraging instructor. Erin is super friendly. Would highly recommend everyone to try at least once. There are holiday specials and packages for classes.
