This a great alternative to regular mainstream workout places. Using dance and pilates to work out in order to strengthen the core, mind, and body.

I have done Barre and Pop Pilates. I absolutely love it. Great atmosphere and great workouts. Instructors are super helpful. I'm a beginner and no I can't get thru the workouts completely but looking forward to getting a stronger core and abs. Highly recommend!!!
Barre Haus has been life changing for me. Not only physically, but mentally!! I love the instructors and the juice bar! Come join us!
I started going to Barre with Katie almost 5 years ago and I still love it as much as I did when I first started. The studio is always clean and welcoming. I'm able to get in a challenging workout every single time, no matter if a 45 min express class, a full barre session, yoga or Pilates class!
