I’ve been going to Barre Haus for over a year now! It’s the most consistent I’ve ever been going to a gym AND I can see physical results! Great workouts and supportive instructors! It’s easy to sign up week to week using the app and I love the flexibility of morning and evening classes!
This was a great class , having to do something different. I usually do high intensity workouts, and it challenge me working different way . Had great music and great instructor Emily ,

This a great alternative to regular mainstream workout places. Using dance and pilates to work out in order to strengthen the core, mind, and body.
