I loved the intro barre class I took! I had never taken a barre class and this taught me all the basic technique and made me confident to go again!
I wasn't sure what to think going into this Barre Forte class. I was invited to try it. I am an active person but hadn't done a lot of Barre work. I really appreciate the team and coach going through the workouts, showing what the location offers, and the reasons why! I can definitely see the benefits of belonging to a gym like this! I worked muscles I didn't know I had. Thank you!!!
I just did my first class last night and it was so great! Really got that burn going and such a fun environment!! Loved the people and the space. Can’t wait to go back!
The workout was low impact but don’t let that fool you, I am sore in every muscle group. The instructors are awesome and kept me motivated through the class. I highly recommend!
This was my first time doing a barre class. Im a runner and decided to spread my branches and try out other forms of exercise. I was sore for two days afterwards in my back upper legs This class is fast paced but it teaches you movements that will help tone you up! I will definitely be back.
