I was SOOO impressed with the two classes I tried today. For sure the best studio I've been to. Janell was the instructor this morning, and she does great at engaging, ensuring proper form, and just all around making it fun! The groups are perfect size and you feel like your working out with people you've known for years. New Client for sure 😃 Best quote of today, "Better this than prison" - ❤️

I loved the intro barre class I took! I had never taken a barre class and this taught me all the basic technique and made me confident to go again!

I wasn't sure what to think going into this Barre Forte class. I was invited to try it. I am an active person but hadn't done a lot of Barre work. I really appreciate the team and coach going through the workouts, showing what the location offers, and the reasons why! I can definitely see the benefits of belonging to a gym like this! I worked muscles I didn't know I had. Thank you!!!

I just did my first class last night and it was so great! Really got that burn going and such a fun environment!! Loved the people and the space. Can’t wait to go back!

The workout was low impact but don’t let that fool you, I am sore in every muscle group. The instructors are awesome and kept me motivated through the class. I highly recommend!
