Love the barre Express class at noon. I can fit it into my lunch break and don't come back to the office a sweaty mess!
Staff is friendly and knowledgable. I really enjoy my classes with Kelsey so far. One thing I've noticed is that they're very punctual, don't notice that at all studios.
Really enjoyable workout. I feel like I am in safe hands with the instructors. Great location, friendly staff, clean and stylish interior. Can't fault them!

Love the xpress classes - perfect for a lunch hour workout. The studio is clean, the instructors are amazing and I feel like it has already improved my flexibility, toning, helped my shoulder pain from sitting at a desk all day and increased my energy levels. I have felt an improvement after a few weeks of taking the 36 classes in 12 weeks challenge. Would highly recommend!
